How Wine Is Made
$20.00 - 10€ per person
Join the owners for an informative and entertaining visit to the vineyards to learn about viticulture followed by an explanation of the winemaking process in the 18th century winery.
At each stage you will learn what can be done to make some wines better than others.
We finish with a tasting of our wines, including tips on how to taste wine, rather than just drink it.
Ask all those questions you always wanted to ask and be prepared to have some wine myths shattered.
We speak English and French.
Please phone at least 24 hours in advance to make reservations.
The Tasting Room
Our tasting room has a permanent display of work by several talented local artists.
Relax in the comfortable, child-friendly surroundings and enjoy a tasting of our wines with organic olive oil and local charcuterie.
There is a small charge for tastings, which is refunded on purchase of a carton of wine.
See winery opening times for drop-in visits. Otherwise give us a call to make an appointment. We live at the winery so are usually around.
On sunny days (we have 325 of them a year), bring a picnic lunch and anjoy a bottle of our wine in the winery courtyard.

2010 La Terre Promise Vintage - Blends - White
Retail Price: $10.00
Named after Bruce Springsteen's "The Promised Land", this dry white wine is made naturally (no additives or manipulations of any kind) from old-vine Grenache gris, Macabeu and Carignan blanc and aged in French barriques for 9 months. It is subtle at first but expands in the mouth with complex minerals, pears, quince and a slightly nutty finish. Robert Parker 91 pts, Jancis Robinson 16.5++.
